When the lockdown happened in 2020, we were all affected by it. Delivery platforms take 30-40% commission. This is unaffordable to a lot of small businesses.
A temporary solution was to accept and process orders manually by phone, WhatsApp, and Google Forms – a cumbersome task when you have to process hundreds of orders per day.
So we built a website to streamline the ordering process. We focused only on the most important ordering pain:
